What to do if you are dissatisfied

We sincerely hope that all our clients will be satisfied with the legal services that we provide. However if there is any aspect of our service with which you are unhappy, please mention it first to the person looking after your matter. If you are still unhappy after that then please raise the matter with our Managing Partner, Mr John Field and in his absence the Senior Partner, Mr Paul Marsh.

In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors (OSS) for advice on whether you have grounds to complain.
