On qualifying as a Solicitor in May 1981, Frank joined the former practice Bells Solicitors as an Assistant Solicitor in their Litigation Department. Frank became a Partner in 1984. Since the formation of Carter Bells in 1999, Frank has practised predominately in all aspects of Private Family Law including Financial Provision on Divorce, Children Act Applications and Schedule 1 Claims, Applications to remove children from the jurisdiction, Cohabitation Disputes, Civil Partnership Disputes and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.
Frank has for many years undertaken Contentious Probate work including Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Frank since qualification has developed a Niche Practice in advising in respect of all aspects of the Mobile Homes Act legislation. During this period he has acted for many Park Owners and residents throughout England and Wales.
Frank is married. His recreational activities include watching (and these days limited participation) in all forms of sport, music (particularly Jazz), reading, good food and fine wine.
Since 2008 Frank has been Managing Partner.
