With a background in the financial services sector, including qualifications in investment management, regulation and compliance, Frances decided to retrain and join the legal profession. After attending Kingston University Law School, Frances completed her formal legal training with Carter Bells LLP qualifying as a solicitor in November 2007.
As part of the Private Client team, Frances deals with Court of Protection Deputyship applications, Enduring Power of Attorney Registrations/preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, day to day administration of financial and personal affairs for our elderly clients/Will drafting, administration of estates, including those which are contentious or intestate.
Frances has two daughters, the elder Katie is working in digital marketing sector and the younger Grace attends secondary school. For leisure, Frances enjoys the theatre, reading, (gentle) walking and any opportunity to travel. Finally, she is proud to be a devoted Elvis Presley fan.
