Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) - Relief coming to an end soon!
The 2010 Budget introduced a temporary relief from Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) for first time buyers purchasing at up to £250,000 subject to conditions. The temporary relief is due to end on 25 March 2012. Do not run the risk of losing the ability to claim this relief by waiting too long to find a property.
