Oliwia Marcinkowska
Oliwia graduated from CILEx Law School with a Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice in 2017. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Guildford campus in 2019. Oliwia qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and has specialised in Property Law ever since.
Oliwia began her legal career with Carter Bells LLP, gaining job experience in Private Client and Litigation before joining the Property Department in 2013. Working closely with senior solicitors, she built a strong foundation in conveyancing and developed a reputation for her detailed, calm and client-focused approach. After leaving the firm in 2019, she qualified as a solicitor and went on to broaden her experience with various London-based and a local firm, continuing to specialise in property law.
She returned to Carter Bells in 2025 as a solicitor in the Residential Property Department. She advises on a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions. She also has specialist experience in new-build and off-plan transactions, shared ownership and bridging finance. Oliwia is committed to providing clear, efficient and solutions driven legal support to her clients throughout every stage of their property transaction.
