Post-death tax planning is another area Julie advises on including Deeds of Variation to re-arrange succession of assets by a beneficiary. Lifetime Trusts and Will Trusts are popular vehicles to achieve capital protection and Julie advises her clients on these regularly.
Julie grew up in the local area and lives in Surbiton with her family. Outside of work Julie is a keen supporter of Harlequins Rugby Club and loves spending time with her two Cockapoos!
